Malcolm and Arlene and the crew did an amazing job on the renovation of our century old house. Malcolm’s consultative style made the process incredibly smooth, and he and Arlene carefully sourced and secured all of the specific materials we were after, so we could have the home we wanted.

Given the age of the house, Malcolm oversaw every stage of the work and made recommendations to ensure that the construction was sound and high quality. He also put in some beautiful additional touches to our upstairs bathroom, shelving, closets and incorporated details that enhanced the renovation’s decorative value. To ensure our complete satisfaction, Malcolm quickly responded to and resolved any issues without hesitation and incurring further costs.

We were not looking for a holiday home nor were we planning to build a house somewhere abroad. But then we met Emanuela & Andy from A&E Consulting and Malcolm from All County Construction.

We instantly fell in love with a property and purchased it easily with the help of Emanuela & Andy. Every step following and the planning of the house was very comfortable through Malcolm and All County Construction’s network. The plans were drawn up very quickly and efficiently and the planner took care of all our desires and concerns.

The proposals were structured very clearly, the meetings transparently and the coaching during the construction phase with video documentaries was great. So we felt safe throughout every phase. Malcolm MacDonald took care of our wishes, too. He presented several possibilities at the meetings, to meet our desires. The house was finished on schedule. The agreed price was met, and the quality meets Swiss standards.

You and your team went above and beyond in so many ways, for example…absolutely beautiful bookshelves ….. a mantle over the fireplace that you took such care to build for us. When I suggested (asked) if you could make me a custom light fixture, you said sure….no problem. We now have a beautiful custom light fixture over the kitchen island that you crafted from driftwood! It looks amazing!

We absolutely love our new place and have received many compliments on it. We know it was built to the highest quality and turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined. We are very proud of our place and are happy to tell people about our positive experience with you and your team.
