About Us

Hi, I’m Malcolm MacDonald. I have been building homes and doing major renovations since 1988.

Over the years I have learned that a job well done and to have satisfied clients is the first goal. There is no room for short cuts. I take pride in my work and am blessed to have a very skilled group of employees that also take pride in their work. I work on the site beside my crew as well as arrange building supplies and sub trades, meet clients and make estimates. This keeps me extremely busy which is why it is great to have such an outstanding team.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is meeting new people and helping make their housing dreams come true.

Full Service Construction

When you hire us, you are hiring my company with my employees. There is no third party contracting. You hire us, you get us. Not only is this easier for our clients as they deal directly with the builder of their home but it makes the build more cost efficient.

What We Do

  • Full turn-key projects which include septic, driveways and wells.
  • Portions of a project.
  • Renovations, from small additions to a total house do-over.
  • Timber frame homes: we work with Arlington Timber Frames to enclose their frames and finish them to turn key state so you can move right in.

My Employees

We have a very efficient crew with excellent framers, roofers and siding installers and top quality finish craftsmen.

We have a full-time secretary/office manager, Arlene Sampson, who is in the office from 7:00am until 5:00 pm. She is always willing to talk with the clients and relay questions to me. She keeps things in the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Our Workplace Culture

Hard work, honesty and integrity have always been very important to us with our clients’ needs and wishes our main goal.

Safety is extremely important to us. It is very important that our employees at the end of the day go home to their families with no injuries and in good health. We have a full time safety officer that checks on the sites and equipment to make sure everyone is working safely and efficiently and equipment is in good working order.
